Qantas Air NZ Running Man Challenge

Is “Running Man” the Next “Ice Bucket Challenge”?

We love a good viral video sensation, especially when it’s easy to get involved.

Now, there appears to be a new viral video sensation making the rounds. Initially started by Jaylen Brantley and Jared Nickens, two basketball players from the University of Maryland, the challenge is to emulate the “running man” dance routine to 90s R’n’B hit, “My Boo” by Ghost Town DJ’s.

The challenge, fittingly, is called the “Running Man Challenge”.

The NZ Police Force recently got involved in the action, making their own video to inspire new recruits with their dance moves and challenge other police forces around the world.

But they didn’t stop at law enforcement. Air New Zealand got involved as well, challenging Aussie airline Qantas to retaliate.

And in spectacular fashion, they did, even taking the craze to new heights by incorporating a dancing kangaroo.
