Make it easy for your customers. Remember the customer is always looking for an effortless experience. Get more personal. “Micro-targeting” is a buzzword for a reason.   Embrace multi-channel marketing. Work out what channel best suits the message you are trying to send. Be human. Think about what your brand really means and give it a voice. It can be as simple as sending emails from your name, instead of your company name. Get creative with visuals. Make sure you are getting cut through and standing out from the crowd.Create original content. Always remember, content is king. Go back to basics. Don’t re invent the wheel. Find out what works and stick with it. The bottom line is, it’s really not rocket science. It’s about having a well-organised plan and a well-executed strategy.
