Aleisha McCall recognised by Women’s Network Australia Magazine

Aleisha McCall, Founder & CEO of Ultimate Edge Communications, has been recognised in the 30 year edition of Women’s Network Australia Magazine this week, for her ongoing work as an agent of change in the marketing and communications sector.

The honour comes after a big year of recognition for Aleisha — she was nominated for the B&T Women in Media Awards People’s Choice 2020 and the 2020 B&T Women In Media Power List.

A vibrant community for women in business to connect, grow, succeed and collaborate, Women’s Network Australia (WNA) is the longest running, most innovative women’s organisation in the country and this year is celebrating 30 years as a place for women to form strategic alliances and business connections.

Through WNA, women can connect, network and grow their businesses – all core principles Aleisha espouses. The WNA magazine article itself highlights UEC’s corporate culture that encourages, supports and empowers women, noting of the business that “of all the promotions, bonuses and raises, 80 per cent of them were awarded to female staff, who held 75 per cent of the supervisory roles and as a group earned 3.4 per cent more than males.”

The article also mentioned Aleisha’s steady hand with stakeholders through the COVID 19 crisis.

The Women’s Network Australia Magazine, Spring/Summer edition is available now and can be ordered here.
