  • Rebrand their on-site and digital communication to speak to their ideal customer. 
  • Align colour and design with a new Elanora mother brand strategy. 
  • Establish design and image standards in line with marketing goals of increasing membership, special event attendance, and repeat visits 

The Challenge 

Elanora Squash and Fitness Centre’s communications were outdated, inconsistent, and didn’t appeal to their target customer. It was hurting new membership sign ups, customer retention, and overall revenue. 

We needed to strategise a visual concept to revitalise their on-site communications, create cohesion across their brands to attract new, repeat-customers to all segments of their business. 



Our Solution

We established guidelines across three areas of visual communication. 

  • We integrated blue to bring awareness to the mother brand – Elanora – and weaved this thread through all their marketing materials, enhancing consistency and recognition. 
  • Introduced photo and graphic design that spoke clearly to their target market and all Elanora’s offerings… (for example, women over 40 looking for a place to socialise, get fit, and dine with family) 
  • Redesigned special event signage to focus on the specific events, not the venue, and introduced headline and font guidelines to improve messaging integrity.


Results

The result was a clear, cohesive visual communication that spoke to their defined target market. 

Elanora’s brand awareness has since skyrocketed in their local community and across their various brands.
