Taylor & Scott are an established law firm in Sydney, but their online presence wasn’t reflective of their respected place in the industry. They needed to take action to improve their online market share.

While paid advertising provides instant results, organic ranking is a slow burn. We took a long-term approach, knowing that SEO only works with consistent improvements and optimisation. The main challenge of SEO is not only increasing search engine rankings of keywords, but maintaining those high rankings over a long period of time.

SEO, meaning Search Engine Optimisation, pushes a website’s ranking on search engines up based on keywords and phrases. This is mostly achieved through a well designed and regularly updated website, relevant and engaging content, and backlinks to prove industry credibility.

We took a methodical approach to transition Taylor & Scott’s online presence from where it was to where they aimed for it to be, as a credible and respected online law resource. We took core SEO fundamentals into consideration and added our extra edge to meet and exceed the 12-month campaign objectives.

Our SEO and online growth strategy featured continuous content creation, social media management, paid advertising, backlinks, and weekly site maintenance. This strategy has pushed Taylor & Scott up to higher rankings on Google, established their credibility as a respected law firm online, created brand awareness across NSW, and has increased customer leads.

In the 12 months, we created 139 pieces of new relevant pieces of content that have been pushed live on the website and shared across social media. The percentage of duplicate content has dramatically decreased, with unique content increasing to help support Google keyword ranking algorithms.

SEO traffic in July 2017 started at 2,027 and has steadily risen to an average of 3,488 purely organic website visits over the 5 months from February to June 2018.

Through social media management, we have collected an average of 60 new Facebook Page likes each month. The Personal Injury lead campaign delivered a 17% conversion rate, a 233% increase year-on-year, and the highest number of clicks per month recorded in almost a year. We also established an increase in Domain Authority due to the backlinks secured.
