We’re looking for a results-focused, challenge-driven creative director to help propel our highly functional, self-organising creative team to new levels of productivity.

You’ll lead by example as the driver of strategy and ideation on all client projects. Involved in the early stages of idea creation and development, you’ll be the creative catalyst to take the spark of an idea right through to deployment.

You’ll be able to rely on a team of visual designers, copywriters, marketing automation specialists, social media experts and experienced media buyers who hold themselves and each other to a high standard by taking ownership of their work.

You’ll be supported with a fully integrated job management system so you can focus on the creative, artistic function to wow our clients with your creative genius and brilliant, fresh ideas and concepts.

If you’re considering this opportunity, here’s what we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of advertising, marketing and/or art direction experience as a Creative Designer, or Assistant Creative Director executing campaigns across multiple industries and brands.
  • A proven track record of campaigns that have produced market-beating results. (We’ll ask for examples.)
  • A creative mind to be able to come up with fresh, new ideas.
  • The ability to quickly identify improvements in campaign materials that can be optimised for better results.
  • Be energetic, optimistic and positive in your spirit and actions.
  • Clear communication skills, that show you can effectively articulate feedback within the team eliminating confusion as well as liaise with C-level client stakeholders.
  • Be the catalyst of creative solutions that can be executed efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. While we don’t expect perfection, our clients demand consistent high-quality standards.
  • Presentation skills and confidence to hold your own in a room of C-level executives and directors.
  • Create, direct and review quotes to ensure our jobs are (1) profitable with (2) realistic timelines and (3) priced to ensure a high ROI value for our clients.
  • A deep understanding of sales funnels and technology, including mainstream CRMs, Marketing Automation, Google Analytics and Social Media Platforms.
  • An attentive predisposition to small (and important) details on final deployment of campaigns is a must.
  • Manage, forecast and deliver monthly budgets that are on budget.
  • You need to be competent using: Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Sketch.
  • Additional skills include: HTML/ CSS, CMS systems, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, UX/UI and CX.
  • A high energy personality that can inspire and motivate the team.
  • A proficient level of written and verbal communication skills. )We will test for this.)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing for Landing Page Optimisation(LPO).
  • Sound knowledge of campaign tracking, analysis and reporting.
