Wisdom Homes is a well-known builder in the Sydney market place. Their aim is to offer quality homes at competitive prices that exceed client expectations. With new developments right across Sydney popping up, Wisdom Homes wanted to cement their name in the market place and successfully launch a new house and land project in Sydney’s South West.

• Significantly increase the Wisdom Homes brand in the marketplace and ensure that everybody knows that Wisdom Homes “will build your dream”.

• Enhance relationships with key partners involved in the development process.

• Drive traffic to WisdomHomes.com.au and generate foot traffic at display centres across Sydney.

To extend the Wisdom Homes brand message “we’ll build your dream” and drive sales we built a campaign from the ground up….literally. A first EVER in NSW for radio, we gave away a $500,000 house and land package to one lucky winner on air.

The high frequency, 8 week breakfast focused campaign included talent integration, promotional pointers, live in show content, TV commercials, digital activity and a major onsite broadcast.

Mix 106.5 & Wisdom Homes gave one lucky listener the chance to be set up for life and achieve the great Australian Dream; this concept was designed to amplify the Wisdom Homes key brand message.


• Over the campaign period we received a total number of entries of 118,536, as a result following the campaign Wisdom Homes had over 18,000 mobile phone numbers and personal details to follow up on.

• Wisdom Homes web traffic was up 145% during the first 3 weeks of the campaign and Wisdom Homes had the best year to date in sales as a result.
